Monday Food Picture

Breakfast, the most important meal of the day, if you get up in time to eat it.  That is not an issue for me since I’m up around 3:45 am.  This is not a normal breakfast, this morning I had some extra time and used what I had in the refrigerator.  It is a breakfast burrito with egg whites, a little cheese, and rice with onions.  And some green tea to wake up.
