When I really don’t feel like eating but need to I have a green or red (berries) drink and a protein meal replacement drink.
This meal replacement drink is actually really really good. And just one keeps me full for over half the day
Red instead of green because a had frozen berries and no spinach but wheat grass powder. I could mix the protein into the green/red drink if I had them at the same time.
Here are the ingredients for this drink:
Raw Organic Coconut Water
Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Wheat Grass Powder
Organic Grapefruit Juice
I usually just use whatever is around the kitchen.
