Healthy drinks

Healthy drinks, smoothies whatever you want to call them, I love them.  Sometimes they turn out green some times red, it just depends on what’s in it.  I really enjoy making these when I get home from work.  It takes care of my after work hunger so I don’t start snacking.  And sometimes it is pretty filling so I can eat a smaller dinner.

Red drink for today

Ingredients (amounts are not specific unless noted):

Banana

Frozen organic berries

Wheat grass powder (one scoop or as label states)

Organic Blue Agave

Natural peanut butter

Organic grapefruit juice

Raw organic Coconut water

Raw organic Apple Cider Vinegar ( 1 1/2 tablespoons)
